Post morning workout smoothie!

I had a slice of Ezekial Toast with 1 Tbsp of Organic Strawberry spread before my 45 minute run with a cup of black ice coffee (yes I take it like a shot). I ran easy for 20 minute and then did intervals to my playlist, aka one song hard, one song light until I made my way home! When I got home, I did some yoga stretches and then made this delicious smoothie.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Frozen blueberries
1/2 cup Frozen strawberries
3 ice cubes
8 oz of water
1 scoop of protein powder (sweetened with stevia)
Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth.
