Eating Clean Still… My photoshoot is next Friday at 8 pm, and until then I’ll be attempting to follow the cooler 1 plan from the Eat Clean Diet.
Here is my white flakey fish with seasoning - garlic powder, pepper, cumin and paprika. It’s surprisingly delicious.
but that could have been the sweet mango sauce that was on roomies fish and probably melted a little onto mine. As for the green mixture, that is just sauteed onion with cooking spray, mushrooms and collard greens. Add the collard greens at the end to wilt. I also had a little bit of brown rice.
What to do when you eat like this and still want more!? I love Trader Joe’s peppermint tea. I add unsweetened almond milk and stevia. It tastes quite desserty and I follow it with a piece of gum and I find I’m actually satisfied. I feel like I’m retraining my brain into realizing it doesn’t need dessert. If you still need something, have half an apple or a 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter.
