iwillbehealthyfit asked: Hi! I'm 17 5'5'' weighting 145 lbs and I need to lose 25 lbs by april, what is the fastest/ best way to do it? If I don't lose the lbs by april I can't go to prom.... and I don't know what to do right now..

My best tip for losing weight is to focus on your diet. Losing weight is 80% what you eat! Exercise will help you boost your metabolism, burn off extra calories, and look toned/firm/strong/awesome/kick ass. But if you lift weights and eat crap, you will not lose weight. Yes, you will get stronger but don’t you want to share your results with the world?
