Don’t be afraid of a little weight. My new fitness goal for this winter is strengthen my glutes. I’m loving the leg press these days with my feet positioned at the top to focus more on the butt than quads with toes slightly pointed outwards. Try 12 reps for 3 sets. Squeeze butt while doing these.
