This weekend, I was craving a protein pancake but didn’t have any eggs in the house so I decided to be a little creative with what I had on hand.
I had two ripe avocados that needed to be used, so I decided to try putting some in my smoothie. I’m not sure if it was the avocado, but this smoothie was light, flavorful and filling! I topped it off with a little left over muesli from MixMyOwn.com.
