This blog is your key to becoming one of those people who naturally looks amazing and naturally craves healthy foods. This website is the anti-sell out! I only represent and work with brands that I believe in, and used to buy before I started.
I love exercise DVD’s. I like to review the latest and tell you which ones burned the most calories and were the most effective. I also love to cook and share my easy, simple cheap recipes. Like to workout? I’m a certified personal trainer here to help give you advice and motivation!
I’ve used my passion for fitness and turned it into a career to provide you with the tools you need to succeed! Check back often for new workout videos, recipes, news stories and fun investigative health reports.
And who am I? I’m a former athlete, turned sorority girl, turned YouTube fitness guru. I love sweets, cooking, yoga and running. Margaritas and mangos are just a few of my favorite things.
