I’ve used my passion for fitness and turned it into a career to provide you with the tools you need to succeed! Check back often for new workout videos, recipes, news stories and fun investigative health reports.
And who am I? I’m a former athlete, turned sorority girl, turned YouTube fitness guru. I love sweets, cooking, yoga and running. Margaritas and mangos are just a few of my favorite things.
