I went to a little dinner here last night and got try to try many of the soups and side salads. This place has the best soups in Boston, HANDS DOWN. The waldorf chicken salad is also my new obsession. They even have a “Skinny Soup” which you can buy in a quart sized container to bring home for those of you watching you calorie intake. This Week's Workout Schedule
Monday - 75 mins of Vinyasa Yoga.
Tues - Ran outside for 40 minutes (approx 4 miles, maybe 4.5)
Wed - Elliptical for 20 mins followed by 60 mins of Pilates
Thursday - Ran 1.5 mi to the gym, strength trained for 1 hour with Mike D (Legs, Biceps, Chest, Abs) and then ran home.
Friday - Warmed up on elliptical for 10 mins followed by 60 mins of Gentle Yoga.
