I love Jamie Eason’s workouts and recipes. This video featuring 4 moves for a total body workout does not disappoint. Does anyone else wish she would change her hair style though? I feel like she would be much prettier with it back, longer or straight - rid of the weird volume bob thing. It’s not bad looking but I mean, it could use a change.
